What is TONED?

TONED by Gina offers a unique workout experience designed to help you slim down and tone up your entire body. My workouts are a fusion of barre, Pilates, kickboxing, and some sprinkling of Gina-spice, all set to energizing music. It’s an intense, low-impact workout that delivers high-impact results.

Join me and work out anytime, anywhere, using any device. As a member, you'll get unlimited access to the TONED by Gina platform, which includes the full library of online low-impact workout classes, including HIIT, circuits, lower body, upper body, and core. Workouts range from 25-45 minutes. You'll also gain access to the online community and my favorite recipes.

I love a good workout session, but what I love even more is teaching them! Working out is like coffee for me - i'm a grumpy pants if I miss it. And teaching a fitness class is like a double dose energy drink, energizing me to the next level! You'll understand when you do one of my classes :) I love to learn, and currently am a reflexologist, family herbalist, Poop Coach, lash artist and creator of TONED by Gina.
